Our team is committed to developing local communities in the way of employment, training, and through our various charity partners to assist families to get the support when needed.

Vital Pulse currently employ a large percentage of our staff from regional towns to assist local economies in getting back on their feet and giving employees a chance to better themselves. Some of these regional areas include, Wagga Wagga, Dubbo, Bourke and Morree just to name a few. Some of our other initiativties include:

Providingregional townswith real-life skills training in areas of first aid and emergency management to ensure we can do our bit to build more resilient communities.
partnering with Miracle Babies Foundation to support families with premature and sick babies to get the support they need in a timely manner. From management to frontline staff, we all contribute financially to assist this amazing charity.
